Description
E Frame Electrical Stamping
The E frame electrical stamping is a precision-blanked CRCA lamination that forms the magnetic core of small and fractional-horsepower electric motors. At Shree Balaji Electrical & Stamping we press each E-frame stamping on high-speed power presses from PRIME CRCA (cold-rolled, close-annealed) steel so that every lamination holds a tight dimensional tolerance, a clean burr-free edge and consistent magnetic permeability — the three properties that decide how efficiently a finished motor will run.
Where E frame stampings are used
E-frame laminations are stacked and riveted to build the stator and rotor cores of single-phase induction motors, ceiling and exhaust fan motors, water-pump motors, mixer-grinder motors and a wide range of light industrial drives. The “E” profile carries the field winding on its centre limb, which makes it one of the most economical core shapes for compact, high-output motors.

Why buy your E-frame stampings from Shree Balaji
Manufacturing electrical stampings in the Sarurpur Industrial Area of Faridabad since 2007, we are an ISO 9001 certified press shop with in-house tool-room support. That means we can hold repeatable quality across large volumes, develop new dies to your drawing, and dispatch quickly anywhere in India. Every batch is checked for thickness, burr height and slot accuracy before it leaves the floor.

Frequently asked questions
What is an E-frame electrical stamping?
An E-frame electrical stamping is a laminated core section shaped like the letter E, used in single-phase induction motors and small transformers. The three “legs” of the E carry the magnetic flux path; when stacked in a rotor/stator assembly, they minimise eddy-current losses.
What material do you use for E-frame stampings?
Cold-Rolled Close-Annealed (CRCA) electrical steel, typically 0.5–0.65 mm thickness with an insulating varnish coating. This grade balances magnetic permeability with cost.
Can you supply custom E-frame designs?
Yes. We tool up custom E-frame stampings from your OEM drawing (DXF/STEP) or reverse-engineer from a sample. Typical lead time: 3–4 weeks for a new die.
Where are you based and where do you ship?
We manufacture in Faridabad, Haryana and dispatch India-wide (Delhi NCR same-day, other cities 3–5 days by road transport).
